We execute turnkey landscape master plans, specimen tree supply, and long-term vitality management. We export plants and execute overseas landscaping across the Middle Eastern region and Maldives while expanding globally.

Our History
Establishment of C K Homes (Pvt) Ltd
Established C K Homes (Pvt) Ltd for unique landscaping design and mixed development projects.
Greenlanka Agri & Horticulture (Pvt) Ltd (GAAHPL)
Greenlanka Agri & Horticulture (Pvt) Ltd (GAAHPL) was established in June 2021 as an associate business of CK Homes (Pvt) Ltd for unique landscaping design at the Kelaniya mixed development project. CK Homes identified a significant gap in professional landscaping service providers in the country, particularly for large-scale development projects. To fill this market void, GAAHPL was established as a standalone company for large-scale landscaping projects in Sri Lanka’s rapidly developing construction sector.
Eco-Gro Trading LLC – Dubai (1st Overseas Branch)
In 2023, established Eco-Gro Trading LLC in Dubai as our 1st overseas branch in the UAE to spearhead international horticultural trade and regional supply partnerships.
Greenlanka Overseas Trading (Pvt) Ltd
In 2025, established Greenlanka Overseas Trading (Pvt) Ltd as a specialized export supplier delivering specimen trees, ornamental plants, and agricultural goods globally.
Greenlanka Overseas Landscaping (Pvt) Ltd
In 2026, established our 1st overseas landscaping company, Greenlanka Overseas Landscaping (Pvt) Ltd, providing full-spectrum landscape consultancy, architecture design, and turnkey contracting abroad.
